RETURNS/REFUNDS

**Customers are to contact us via E-mail within 24-48 HRS upon receiving their item if they wish to return. If we are not contacted within this period we will consider the item as "worn/used" and you WILL NOT be eligible for a return/refund**

What is your Return Policy?

You can return any unworn, unwashed product in exchange for a refund. Customers are solely responsible for paying the return shipping fees. 

**USA orders have 14 days upon receiving their item to return.**

**International orders have 30 days upon receiving their item to return.**

Any returns received past the given return time will immediately be sent back to the buyer as they will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If the item arrived damaged please send pictures showing such proof. Your request will be reviewed for approval and then you will receive an e-mail with further instructions

*Swim Wear and Lingerie items are exempt from being returned.*

Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to track your returning package. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
